What has been your experience with each? Airbnb used to be much better than a hotel as far as prices and that home feeling but some people say now it's not even worth it to get an airbnb because with the fees it be just as much as a hotel minus the room service and you have to make sure you clean up after yourself despite the crazy cleaning fee, and if you DON'T clean up after yourself well enough, you may get charged ANOTHER cleaning fee on top of that!
So the question is, in this day and age, is Airbnb still considered better than a hotel?
I feel like I haven't ordered room service in so long that I literally forgot it was even a thing. Do ALL hotels have room service or just really really nice ones? Unless there's a room service menu I never think about it and even then I usually don't get it cause it be so expensive and not great
Got a mix of both. For short term, I'd go hotel: I like to be pampered with their service and benefits. If I know I'll stay long term, I'd go AirBnB, which provides enough privacy to do my thing without having to see anyone. Oh, and word of the wise: do NOT stay in a place where the owners are at.
Hotels..... Looking at these prices and cleaning fees for airbnbs now, they about the same prices... Atleast in hotels you get hotel service, tho airbnb, you can get privacy.... Maybe....
I think it depends on what you’re looking for. If you don’t plan on spending much time there then sure get a hotel. But my main reason for preferring an AirBnB is that I usually go for an entire house. I want the kitchen & the washing machine/dryer. It may end up being the same price as a hotel, but in an AirBnb, you get more for your buck.
