Overall it’s a good idea. Not everyone will like it because not everyone has ez-pass, just like when I was driving across the country, I didn’t have the electronic pass for Illinois. They use a different one so I had to use the cash lanes. So out of state drivers are fucked. But EZ-pass is used in NY, NJ, PA, CT, and a couple other states. So anyone not from the northeast will have a difficult time.
