Baby on board?

While there's been no official announcement yet, Nick Cannon attended what appears to be a gender reveal party. The expectant mother, model Breana Tiesi, recently finalized her divorce from Johnny Manziel. It is assumed from the photos of Nick cradling her belly and being the center of the party with her, that he is the father of her baby. If that is true this will be Nick's 8th child. Baby #7, Zen Cannon, passed away of a brain disease about a month ago. Do you think Nick is the pappy??
